Services and Scope

VPN29 provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, covering 110+ countries / 160+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client access, and subscription status are shown in the user panel. Client and subscription information is available after logging in.

The service provides network connectivity. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or paid accounts for third-party websites. Third-party services determine their own available regions, account requirements, and content rules. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every platform.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. Do not publish them or let someone else manage them for you. If you notice unusual connections or suspect someone else is using your account, change your password promptly and report the issue through a user-panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s own devices and does not authorize resale. Reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, publicly sharing subscription links, or allowing others to use an account is prohibited. The unlimited-device policy does not remove the obligation to use the service lawfully.

Billing and Refund Terms

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. The two product types have different data rules; review them before confirming your order.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Keep your order and payment records. If payment succeeds but your subscription status has not updated, submit the relevant information through a user-panel ticket to avoid paying again.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel and submit your request through the ticket portal, including the relevant order information. Troubleshooting is not a prerequisite for requesting a refund. Refund processing requires verification of the account and payment records. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region relevant to their use, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for illegal purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, intellectual property infringement, data theft, or unauthorized access to another person’s system.

Do not interfere with service infrastructure, misuse connection resources, or disrupt other users’ normal use. Network acceleration does not replace your responsibility to assess the content you access, your transactions, or your authority to process data, and does not authorize unlawful activity.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, carrier routing, destination services, and maintenance schedules. VPN29 does not promise consistent speeds on every route at all times, nor does it guarantee the continuous availability of third-party content, accounts, or platform features.

If you encounter connection issues, try another route and check your client settings, or submit a ticket describing the problem. Issues caused by changes to third-party platforms, local network outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control will be investigated and handled according to the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law or reduce the refund rights described above.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPN29 identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, interference with the service, or another violation of these terms, it may suspend relevant connections or terminate account service in response to the risk. If you dispute this action, explain the circumstances through a user-panel ticket and request a review. Account actions do not affect rights available under applicable law or the refund rights stated in these terms.

When service rules change, this page will be updated and its last-updated month revised. Material changes affecting subscription use or refund rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights for orders already in effect. Review updates before continuing to use the service. If you have questions, ask through a ticket.
